Ex-local authority flats
The estates around Homerton, Hoxton and Woodberry Down were built with basic split-load boards in the seventies and eighties. Devices are often obsolete, the enclosure is plastic, and the supply arrangement means the landlord's electrician has to coordinate with the block's own intake.
